Satisfaction of service recipients with tap water quality in Mai Dat Subdistrict, Bang Rachan District, Sing Buri Province

Abstract
This research aims to study the satisfaction of service recipients towards the quality of tap water in Tambon Mai Dat, Amphoe Bang Rachan, Sing Buri Province. The research used a survey method. The population was the population in Tambon Mai Dat, Amphoe Bang Rachan, Sing Buri Province. The sample group consisted of 400 people. Data were analyzed using a ready-made computer program according to the statistical method by finding the mean (x) and standard deviation (S.D.).
The research results found that most water users were male, single, and had an education below a bachelor's degree. Most had an average monthly income of 10,000 - 18,000 baht. They had 4-5 family members. Most of them lived in the Bang Rachan Municipality water distribution area. Most of them had an average monthly water bill of 100 - 250 baht. They used the waterworks office to pay their water bills at a reasonable price. Most of them used water sparingly. Some groups of people were confident in the cleanliness of the tap water. Most water users felt good and were satisfied, viewed it positively, and felt that it was useful. Water users had a moderate level of opinion towards the service quality of the Bang Rachan Provincial Waterworks Branch. When considering each aspect, it was found that water users had a high level of opinion on the service quality of the Bang Rachan Provincial Waterworks Authority in all aspects, namely, reliability, customer engagement, customer response, trust, and concreteness of the service, respectively.
