Abstract

This research aims to 1. Study the sustainable tourism policy of Koh Samui that affects personal factors of civil servants and citizens. 2. Study the environmental factors within and outside the organization of executives, officers, operators, and related persons on the sustainable tourism management policy of the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The case study of Koh Samui uses data analysis. 1. Study the sustainable tourism policy of Koh Samui that affects personal factors of civil servants and citizens. From the study, it was found that executives and related persons of Koh Samui tourism 2. Environmental factors within and outside the organization of executives, officers, operators, and related persons on the sustainable tourism management policy of the Tourism Authority of Thailand 3. Factors of readiness to drive the promotion of sustainable tourism development of Koh Samui, Surat Thani Province. From the study, it was found that the factors of readiness to drive the promotion of sustainable tourism development of Koh Samui must consist of natural resources, arts, culture, traditions, and tourism products and services. 4. Study the factors of implementing the Tourism Authority of Thailand's policy to promote tourism development on Koh Samui into practice so that both Thai and foreign tourists are impressed, confident, satisfied, and tell others and come back to visit Koh Samui again. From the study, it was found that the implementation of the Tourism Authority of Thailand's policy on Koh Samui tourism resulted in both Thai and foreign tourists being impressed and confident. From the above, it can be seen that tourism Koh Samui has implemented the objectives set by the researcher, which are: creating satisfaction, improving the landscape, creating innovation and providing new services, including health services.
