Abstract

This research article aims to 1. Study the human resource management of Ponpol Building and Management Co., Ltd. by using quantitative research. Analyze by using percentage, mean, standard deviation. The overall research results found that the average of human resource management of Ponpol Building and Management Co., Ltd. was at a high level ( =3.94, S.D. = 0.200). When considering each aspect, the sample group saw that Ponpol Building and Management Co., Ltd. had better human resource management in terms of compensation and other benefits than other aspects, especially in terms of providing welfare and lunch. The second most important aspect was human resource planning, especially in terms of creating the organization’s human resource plan, and employee and labor relations, especially in terms of determining communication methods so that personnel can submit requests or suggestions to the management. The least important aspect was human resource selection, especially in terms of considering applicants from their work history. From the hypothesis testing, it can be discussed that opinions on human resource management of Ponpol Building and Management Co., Ltd. were classified by individual characteristics. It was found that the sample groups with different genders had different opinions on human resource management of Pornpol Building and Management Co., Ltd. with statistical significance at the .05 level only in the aspect of performance evaluation. The sample groups with different ages had no different opinions on human resource management of Pornpol Building and Management Co., Ltd. with statistical significance at the .05 level in all aspects.
