Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study and compare teachers’ opinion on leadership of school administrators Bang Bo School Cluster 1 under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by genders and school sizes. 128 teachers in schools Bang Bo School Cluster 1 under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were selected as the samples for this study. Questionnaires with the reliability of 0.742 were used as the instruments for collecting data. A software package and statistics of frequency, %, , SD, t–test, F–test as well as Scheffe’s Method were used for data analysis.


The research findings are as follows: 1) Overall leadership of school administrators Bang Bo School Cluster 1 under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at much level. Considering their leadership of each component, it could be ranked according to the means from more to less as supportive, transformational, participative and commanding leadership respectively. 2) There were no significant differences of teachers opinion on overall leadership of school administrators Bang Bo School Cluster 1 under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 exist among genders at .05. 3) There were significant differences of teacher’s opinion on overall leadership of school administrators Bang Bo School Cluster 1 under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 exist among school sizes at .05.
