Teachers’ Participation in Academic Affairs Management of Mathayom Watnongchok School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The Article objectives of this research were to 1) study compare teachers’ participation in academic affairs management of Mathayom Watnongchok School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by their genders, levels of education and working experience. 130 teachers working in Mathayom Watnongchok School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2016 were selected as the target population for this study. Five level-rating scale questionnaires were used for collecting data .Percentage, means and standard deviations were used for data analysis.
The research findings are as follows: 1) Teachers’ participation in academic affairs management of Mathayom Watnongchok School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at much level. 2) There was very little differences of overall teachers’ participation in academic affairs management exist among their genders and working experience whereas there was much difference exist among their level of education. It was also found that there was much difference of teachers’ participation in only the component of innovative media and technology development for education but there was very little difference in the rest components exist among their levels of education.
