Motivation on Teachers and Educational Personnel's Performance of Nawamintharachinuthit Satriwittaya 2 School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare motivation on teachers and educational personnel's performance of Nawamintharachinuthit Satriwittaya 2 School, affiliated with the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 2. There were 118 persons as population classified by gender and work experiences. Instrument used in the study was 5-scale questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-Test, and One-way ANOVA.
The findings found that; 1) Motivation on teachers and educational personnel's performance of Nawamintharachinuthit Satriwittaya 2 School, affiliated with the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 2 was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was in a moderate level, sort the mean by descending order as following; characteristics of task, acceptance, success of operation, responsibility, progress on jobs, respectively.2) Comparison of motivation on teachers and educational personnel's performance of Nawamintharachinuthit Satriwittaya 2 School, affiliated with the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 2, which was classified by gender and work experiences, found that; (2.1) Teachers and educational personnel with different gender had no difference in motivation on their overall performance and each aspect. (2.2) Teachers and educational personnel with different working experiences had no different motivation toward overall performance.
