Academic Administration of Educational Administrators According to Teachers Opinion in Nong Chok District, Bangkok

Abstract
The purpose of this research are study and compare the academic administration of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in Nong Chok Bangkok. In 1. The curriculum management and implementation. 2. The teaching and learning. 3. Teaching Supervision. 4. Measurement and evaluation by gender, age and work experience. The samples used in this study. There were 108 teachers in Nong Chok school. Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. ( Stratified Random Sampling) The instrument used in this study is the questionnaire on the academic administration of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in Nong Chok. Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The reliability is 0.879. Statistics used in data analysis include Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, independent t –test, One-way analysis of variance and Scheffe’s Post hoc Comparison.
The study found that 1. The academic administration of the school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in Nong Chok Bangkok Metropolitan Administration The overall and individual aspects were at a high level. 2. Comparative Study of Academic Administration of School Administrators According to Teachers Opinion in Nong Chok. There were no statistically significant difference at .05 level.
