Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study and compare working motivation model of government teachers in Pathumwan District Office Bangkok Metropolis classified in accordance with levels of working experience and types of school.108 government teachers were selected as the samples of the study. Questionnaires with five point rating scale of 30 items on working motivation in job accomplishment, being accepted, job description and growth of career path were used for collecting data. , SD and t-test were used for data analysis.


            The research findings are as follows: 1) Overall working motivation of government teachers in Pathumwan District Office Bangkok Metropolis was at much level and could be ranked according to the means as job accomplishment, responsibility, growth of career path and being accepted. (1) In accordance with both overall and each component Job accomplishment motivation, it showed that they were at much level . (2) In accordance with both overall and each component of being accepted motivation, it showed that they were at much level. (3) In terms of job description, both overall and of each component working motivation were at much level. (4) In terms of responsibility, both overall and of each component working motivation were at much level (5) In terms of progress in career path, both overall and of each component working motivation were at much level 2) There were significant differences of working motivation exist among working experience and types of school at 0.05.
