The research sample number of 800 schools was determined as being 10 times the parameters required in the model. The researchers utilized a quantitative survey design using a questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. The findings revealed that the innovation management factors, namely transformational leadership, organizational learning, resource management, and school innovation, affected school performance and were found to be consistent with the empirical data (x2 = 184.948, df = 159, x2/df = 1.163, p = .0779, RMSEA = .016, SRMR = .012, CFI = .888, TLI = .998).
