Abstract

Change is a pattern which characteristically brings about movement, growth and improvement. Resistance is a behavioral expression in the form of various efforts to defend oneself from any effect due to the change. Nevertheless, the suggestions to solve the problem of resistance to change may be summarized as follows : 1. Practicing to work together in group : 2. Self-developing so as to bring about mutual understanding and respect ; 3. Practicing to control emotion and to be a good listener : 4. The change should be based on time and carried out step ; and 5. The man responsible for the change should know the technique of motivation.
