Abstract

The main functions of the university are to serve as a supplier of technical knowledge for the development of the society, sources of research and technical services to the society. Under present circumstances, society has not fully received technical knowledge from the university because there is a gap between the university and the operating unit. This gap is because of non-cooperation between the two groups. Each group tries to pursue his own way of thinking. The possible way to bridge the gap for the benefit of the society as a whole is to cooperate with each other in identifying and solving the problems.
