This research investigated the quality of life of grade 11 students holding part-time employment and examined the factors related to the students’ quality of life. A questionnaire was employed to gather data from 420 part-time working students of secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office using multi-stage sampling. Data analysis considered the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using computer software. The findings revealed that more than two-thirds of the students were female with an average age of 16.56 years, earned a 2.83 grade point average and spent 2,970.86 baht monthly. Types of work included academic-related and nonacademic-related jobs. The results showed that part-time working students assumed a moderate quality of life. The relationship among academic factors, working factors, and quality of life showed that grade point average was positively correlated with the quality of life of part-time working students. Work type, work situation, work time, work context, and reasons for holding part-time employment were positively correlated with the students’ quality of life, whereas work intensity was negatively correlated with the quality of life of part-time working students. The stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that work intensity, grade point average, and work context influenced the students’ quality of life.
