Abstract

The objectives of this research were to determine standards, indicators and criteria on training quality of Extension and Training Office, Kasetsart University. Data collected from administrators by in-depth interviews, from experts by workshop, modified delphi techniques, and delphi techniques. Data analysed by percentage, median, and interquatile. The results of the research revealed that the training standards were: 1) policy, plan and objectives of the office, 2) curriculum, 3) instructor, 4) management, 5) evaluation, 6) learners, and 7) facility. Criteria and indicators of training quality depended on the type of Training Standard Checklists. There were two types of evaluation of appropriateness of decision making and standards of the training program. Each type consisted of the same 7 standards. The first type consisted of 36 indicators which did not assume equal weight of importance. The second type consisted of 62 indicators. All the indicators in the same standards were assigned equal weight. Decision made and checking were done standard by standard.
