Abstract

     The purpose of this research was to study transferring process on environmental knowledge in agriculture of a community. Kawlruktukwa community was purposively selected and data were collected by in-depth interview and inductive analysis. It was found that Kawlruktukwa community had the systematically transfer process on environmental knowledge. The path of the knowledge flows started from the facilitators to the learners consisting of 4 main activities: 1) knowledge creation/ development, 2) knowledge transferring, 3) knowledge implementation, and 4) communication/ data accessing. Best practice of knowledge transfer as revealed from this study can be applied in environmental education management.
