Abstract

This research aims for 1) studying problems and obstacles of staff who work on quality assurance in education at Phranakhon Rajabhat University, 2) studying achievement in working for quality assurance in education at Phranakhon Rajabhat University, and 3) create the guideline for quality assurance in education achievement at Phranakhon Rajabhat University. This was qualitative and quantitative Research. Head of the Quality Assurance Committee and operational staff and the quality assurance of education. The population were 208 Personnel from 5 in the faculty at Phranakhon Rajabhat University.

The results showed that: 1) The problems and obstacles of staff who work is knowledge and understanding. This point showed that staffs lack of understanding in doing self-evaluation report. And that staffs Lack of participation in quality assurance in education’s committee consideration. 2) That make an achievement in working for quality assurance in education. The first is planning. This point means the agency define the quality factors and make a clear criterion for evaluation. The second is operating the plan. This point means agency has working process in quality assurance in education as quality factors and evaluation criteria that showed in the plan and quality assurance in education’s guide book. The third is checking an evaluation. This point means the agency make a self-evaluation report to request for the quality assessment. The last is improving the result of evaluation. This point means improve and develop the result from self-evaluation to adapt in their duties. 3) To create the guideline for quality assurance in education achievement in programs is continuously training on quality assurance in education to staffs. It is the way to support all staffs to be aware and understand the important point in quality assurance in education.
