Abstract

This research aims at developing a gratitude measurement and it short form of gratitude toward organization scale aimed to measure gratitude of employees toward their organizational. In The research. Three hundred and forty Thai employees of organizations completed a Thai version of a gratitude toward organization scale adapted from State Gratitude Scale (SGS) of Spence et al. (2014). The result of the analyses of the scale’s psychometric properties show that both the 5- and 3- item versions of the gratitude scale have a high internal consistency with a Cronbach’s alpha of .95. The brief scale also has very good construct and convergent validity.
