Abstract

The transit oriented development around highspeed rail station case study Chonburi station, to be study the land use, evaluation of area efficiency physical and investment and approach to development of area surrounding highspeed rail station. We found that the current land management surrounding highspeed rail station, Chonburi station mostly are agricultural areas and empty spaces and Utilization of buildings as general residence. As for determining the city plan of Chonburi Province in 2553 determined the land utilization surrounding highspeed rail station for residential. The evaluation of areas efficiency physical and investment are in middle. The approach to development of areas are public hospitals, public park for relaxation, public park for exercise and middle school
