A Supplementary Reading Book about Thai Studies on Currency in Circulation and Banknotes Featuring King Rama IX for Chinese Students

Abstract

This thesis is intended to create a book for reading more about Thai studies on the  reign of King Rama 9 for Chinese learners as an experimental study. The researchers conducted this study by creating  tools nine chapters: Chapter One: Thai banknote. Chapter Two: Thai language in the Sukhothai era; Chapter Three: Thai ways of living and  associations with the water;  Chapter Four: Traditions; Chapter Five: royal ceremonies; Chapter Six: Major events in the history of Thailand; Chapter Seven: Foreign language in Thai society; Chapter Eight: Thai Architecture; Chapter Nine: Economic Sufficiency. With the use of quality verification, it brings expert-evaluated tools and appeals to the target audience.

The findings found that the book that was the most by Chinese learns about Thailand examined the reign of King Rama IX and was establish for the readers by the researchers. The terminology and  knowledge were assessed in the final quiz. Auxiliary readers read more about Thailand studied the 9th century takeover for Chinese learners. The performance value is based on the criteria of 84.20/78.67, which has been defined as E1/E2 = 75/75, which indicates that the book about Thailand was read. The study of the reign of King Rama 9th and traditional Thai banknote for Chinese learners helped them in learning  Thai studies that appeared in the reign of King Rama 9th, which can be used as the media to administer Thai language teaching as a foreign language in order to help learners understand Thai society and culture better.
