การบริหารและพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวไทยกับศาสตร์การบูรณาการ สู่แผนพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวแห่งชาติ

การบริหารและพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยว เป็นมิติแห่งศาสตร์การบูรณาการที่ต้องอาศัยรูปแบบของปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม และเป็นการบูรณาการการดำเนินงานในกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานกับความรู้ หลักการ แนวคิด ทฤษฎี ทักษะ ความสามารถ ประสบการณ์ และทรัพยากรจากศาสตร์ องค์การ ภาคี ที่เกี่ยวโยงกัน ถ้าจะบริหารและพัฒนาให้เกิดความยั่งยืน จำเป็นต้องบริหารและพัฒนาส่วนต่างๆ ให้ยั่งยืนควบคู่กับไปอย่างสมดุล จึงเป็นเรื่องยากที่จะทำให้สำเร็จหากดำเนินการโดยปราศจากการบูรณาการ ซึ่งยืนยันได้จากร้อยละความสำเร็จของการขับเคลื่อนการนำนโยบายของแผนพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวแห่งชาติมาปฏิบัติ พ.ศ. 2555 – 2559 ที่มีเพียงร้อยละ 41 เนื่องจากการขาดการบูรณาการ ฉะนั้นการบูรณาการจึงได้ว่าเป็นทางออกที่มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุดของการบริหารและพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวบนวาระแห่งชาติ ณ เวลานี้และในอนาคตข้างหน้า โดยนักศึกษา นักวิชาการ หรือนักวิจัย ที่สนใจในการด้านการท่องเที่ยวควรที่จะทำการศึกษาเพิ่มเกี่ยวกับการค้นหาปัจจัยที่จะสามารถส่งผลให้เกิดการบูรณาการการนำนโยบายทางการบริหารและพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวของแผนพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวแห่งชาติมาปฏิบัติ เพื่อหาแนวทางการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการดำเนินงานดังกล่าวและเพิ่มร้อยละความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายให้มากยิ่งขึ้น
