Administration in Accordance with Good Governance of Farmers Council in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Abstract

This research aiming to study: 1) the measurement and evaluation the administration in accordance with good governance of farmers council in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, and 2) the personal factors and the administrative factors affecting the administration in accordance with good governance of farmers council in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The sample were 407 informants from 399 informants from farmers who register with the farmers council in Prachuap Khiri Khan province and 8 informants from authorities council in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and linear regression analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) the administration in accordance with good governance of farmers’ council were overall at a high level. Considering in each aspect: the accountability as the average maximum, followed by the economy, the participation, the transparency, the rule of law, and the integrity. The administrative factors affecting the administration in accordance with good governance of farmers council administrative factors affecting the administration in accordance with good governance of farmers’ council. Considering in each aspect: the as the organization average maximum followed by the planning, the management staff, the director, and the directing and controlling, respectively. 2) The administrative factors were overall and each aspect affecting the administration in accordance with good governance of farmers’ council with statistical significance at the .001 level.
