Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) Level of, The Effectiveness of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of public affairs of the Hin lek fai Sub-district Administration Organization, Hua hin District Prachuapkhirikhan Province. 2) Factor affecting. The Effectiveness of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of public affairs of the Hin lek fai Sub-district Administration Organization, Hua hin District Prachuapkhirikhan Province The Samples were 150 informants From 16 Households agent of Hin lex fai Sub-district. Descriptive Statistics were percentage, mean, S.D. Inferrntial Statistics were chi-square test and multiple regression analysis. The research result were as follows: 1) The Effectiveness of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of public affairs of the Hin lek fai Sub-district Administration Organization, Hua hin District Prachuapkhirikhan Province were at a highest level in overall such as Prevention and Mitigation of public affairs, Keeping calm and Victim relief. 2) Factor affecting The Effectiveness of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of public affairs of the Hin lek fai Sub-district Administration Organization, Hua hin District Prachuapkhirikhan Province were statistically significant with The Effectiveness of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of public affairs of the Hin lek fai Sub-district Administration Organization, Hua hin District Prachuapkhirikhan Province at the .001 such as Policy, Budget, Personal, People’ s participation and Communication.
