This research aimed to study 1) the morale and morale levels of personnel operations, 2) the factors of operation of personnel , and 3) the factors of work performance on cause and effect relationship towards morale of personnel Mobile Development Unit 13, Region 1 Development Office, Development Military Command Unit Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi Province. The sample used in the research was 146 personnel who performed duty in the Mobile Development unit 13, Region 1 Development Office, Development Military Command Unit, Kaeng Krachan District, Phetchaburi Province. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics by using chi-square statistics as well as multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) the overall image of morale towards the operation was at moderate level, 2) the overall factors in operation and income factors were at moderate level, and 3) factors in operation towards adequacy of income and welfare and the factor of relationship between supervisors and subordinates on cause and effect relationship towards morale of personnel have statistical significance at .01 while the policy factor and organizational administration on cause and effect relationship have statistical significance at .05
