Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1.2 บทความของข้าพเจ้าไม่เคยตีพิมพ์หรือเผยแพร่ที่ใดมาก่อน และมิได้อยู่ระหว่างการเสนอชื่อเพื่อพิจารณาจะตีพิมพ์ในวารสารอื่น
  ข้าพเจ้าอนุญาตให้เผยแพร่บทความฉบับเต็ม (Full-text) ลงใน - วารสารคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร - เว็บไซต์วารสารคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร - ระบบการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสารสนเทศดิจิทัล - DOI (Digital Object Identifier) ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) – ระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลวารสารผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของ TCI
  1.2 My manuscript has never been publicized and/or under the review and in the process of publication consideration of other journals. I am willing to allow to publish full-text of my articles –on our website as well as on Digital Information Access System - DOI (Digital Object Identifier) of the National Research Council of Thailand (NECTEC) - TCI Electronic Information Management System.
• 2. ส่งไฟล์ในรูปแบบเอกสาร Word และหากมีการอ้างอิงในรูปแบบสื่อออนไลน์ ผู้เขียนจะต้องแนบไฟล์ประกอบใน ขั้นตอนที่ 4 UPLOAD SUPPLEMENTARY FILES แนบมาพร้อมด้วย
  2. I will send my manuscript in form of Word document. If any, any online reference(s), he or she must attach such reference as well.
• 3. บทความที่เขียนต้องเป็นไปตามรูปแบบการอ้างอิงเชิงอรรถและบรรณานุกรมให้ใช้ตามหลักเกณฑ์ Turabian
  3. All manuscripts must be made in accordance with the Turabian guideline.
• 4. บทความที่จะได้รับพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ในวารสารเป็นบทความที่มีลักษณะเกี่ยวกับนิติศาสตร์ โดยแบ่งออกได้เป็น 2 ประเภท ดังนี้
  1. บทความทางวิชาการโดยทั่วไป เป็นบทความทางวิชาการที่นำเสนอเนื้อหาสาระทางวิชาการที่ผ่านการวิเคราะห์และประมวลจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่างๆ ประกอบด้วย ความนำ เนื้อเรื่อง ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นประเด็นหลัก ประเด็นรอง ประเด็นย่อย และบทสรุป จำนวนหน้า ระหว่าง 10-20 หน้า
  2. บทความวิจัย เป็นบทความที่เกิดจากการวิจัยของผู้เขียนหรือสมาชิกร่วมในงานวิจัยนั้น ประกอบด้วย ความเป็นมาและความสำคัญของปัญหา วัตถุประสงค์ สมมุติฐานของงานวิจัย ขอบเขตที่ครอบคลุมในการวิจัย ประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย (ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลประชากร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง การสุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือการวิจัย และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล) ผลการวิจัย (สรุปผลการวิจัย อภิปรายผลและข้อเสนอแนะ) ระหว่าง 15 - 25 หน้า
  4. Articles to be considered for publication in our journal are merely legal and fallen into the following categories:
  4.1 Academic articles are to present academic content which has successfully analyzed and processed from a variety of legal sources, You article must includesubject matter, sub-topics, sub-topics, and written between 10-20 pages.
  4.2 Research articles derives from the research result of the author or a research team. They include their history and importance of problems, objectives, hypotheses of research. Their scope of the research is its promising benefits related to documents and a research method i.e., demographic data. Sample random sampling research tools collection data. Data Analysis Research Result is a summary of research results Please also discuss the results and provide us with your legal suggestion(s) between 15 - 25 pages
• 5. ต้องสมัครเป็นสมาชิกเพื่อบอกรับวารสาร ใบสมัครสมาชิก และต้องส่งแบบเสนอบทความเพื่อตีพิมพ์พร้อมลงลายมือชื่อ
  5. All authors must be our journal subscribers as an author, he or she must submit his or her manuscript and also affix his or her signature.
• 6. ผู้เขียนต้องแนบใบสมัครสมาชิกและหลักฐานการโอนเงินมาในระบบหลังจากที่ Submmissions บทความ
  6. Authors must attach journal subscribers and payment file after submmissions your article.
