Aims

Our has been established and publicized Law Journals in form of academic papers and given any chances widely open for researchers, lawyers. Any paper from outsiders is also welcome. We wish to the dissemination of academic knowledge in the legal field.. Publication would call public attention. Finally we would like to lift up our journal start to meet national and international journal requirement.

Scopes

Our Journal consider both Thai and English articles in both Thai and English articles.  With respect to the ares of law we firmly cover all areas of laws, such as public law, private law, and foreign law.

Publication Frequency

Our journal are always issued twice a year. The first volume is released between January and June. The second volume is released between June and December.

Procedures of journal publication
For the successful publication purpose, kindly adhere the following criteria:
The article must be written in the form of our format
1. Bodies of academic writing.
2. A sample article is available
Writing style
1. The bodies of research writing.
2. Be able to download a template of a sample articles.
Reference style, footnotes and bibliography must be in compliance with the Turabian guidelines.

  • If our editor(s) found any error or  in the incomplete format of the article, the article will return to the author for further editing his/her work so that he/she will be asked to correct the error. After the author has edited his or her work, the article will kindly forward to relevant expert(s) in the related fields, asking him/her to determine the value and integrity of the article content.

  • Manuscripts will be evaluated by three reviewers who are experts in specific fields from various institutions. Authors and reviewers must not be affiliated with the same institution. The peer review process is double-blinded, meaning the author and reviewer identities are concealed from each other. The decision to publish the manuscript must be unanimous among the three reviewers.

  • Types of article to be considered for publication in our journals are legal articles. They are divided into 2 types as follows.
  1. An academic article that has presented academic content that is well analyzed and processed from a variety of sources, including a subject matter,  a sub-topic, and a summary. It is up to 20 pages.
  2. Research articles are articles deriveing from the researcher(s) of the author(s) or member(s) of the team research each article(S) include the history and importance of problems, objectives, hypotheses of research. Comprehensive scope of research. Expected benefits related to documents and research method (Contains demographic data. Random sampling research tools and collect data. Data Analysis Research Results (Summary of Research Results) Discussed results and suggestions are highly advised to be written up to 25 pages.
  • Articles to be published must never be published anywhere. They must not be presented during the presentation for publication in other journals.
    Articles to be published must be screened and evaluated by qualified experts according to the procedure of our editorial staff.
  • Articles that have been reviewed by our editor(s) and reviewer(s). If they can not be published immediately. The articles will be published in the next issue. Consider the order of article submission.
