Abstract

To protect the government official who give the corruption infomations in the bureaucracy, so call "Whistle Blower", has talked for along time in foreign countries, In Thailand, the protection of the government officials being a witnesses and giving the useful infomations to the police officer is a new issue in Thai bureaucracy and it is still not enacted in The Witnesses Protection in Criminal Cases Act B.E. 2546

For this reason, this research project aims at study the principles and the approaches folloeing and the infomants security to the Whistle Blower. Consequently, the expected outcome of the research project is to draft the principle andthe approaches to protect the government officials who do dare to reveal the facts concerned about the corruptions in bureaucracy and to guarantee the professtional stability of the infomants.
