The problems of everyday–life legal suffering experience from people and the guideline to resolve problems by basic legal principle

Abstract

The Society have been changing in a many perspectives which are relevant with a diverse practices in everyday–life of people in a highly competition manner. The image of legal problems in Thailand is very interesting because it reflects the struggle of common people in many disputes during the rapidly changes in Thai society. Disputes in this article show “Scenes” of conflicts which many “Actors” are all playing their “Role” in a battle by using the “Capitals” and “Tactics” to maximize their own benefit and also their network’s benefit. The most advantage conditions for negotiating and struggling is the knowledge and skill to use law as a tactic. However, the legal problems are happening in different situations so the guideline to settle disputes must be adaptable for diverse categories such as lower personal status; common people vs. officer,
disadvantage setting; a child was accused as stealing by shopping mall’s guards. Hence, the guideline development for supporting the power of common people shall construct on diversity basis which could provide suitable legal knowledge to specific situation. Thus, common and subordinate people could use lesson learnt inside this article as a tactic to resolve legal problems in their everyday–life practice.
