Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) To study comparing the different demographic characteristics of operation level employees had different performance efficiency, and (2) To study the relationship between human resource management and performance efficiency of operation level employees. By using a questionnaire as a data collection tool from a sample group of 224 employees. This study analyzed data by descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The study indicated that 50.45 percent of the respondents were female 96.47 percent with education lower than bachelor’s degree 39.73 percent had work experience between 6-10 years 83.04 percent had average income between 10,000 – 20,000 baht and 53.57 percent were married. The majority fond that the different demographic characteristic of employees had no different on performance efficiency. Also, the result found that human resource management included compensation and benefits, Labor relations and performance evaluation were related to performance efficiency. In encouraging employees to work efficiently, this study suggested setting up a compensation management system, which is suitable for economic conditions and compliance with labor laws, and a clear performance evaluation system.
