ข้อด้อยและโอกาสในการปรับปรุงสหกรณ์การเกษตร ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนกลาง

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยกลุ่มสนทนา (Focus Group) เพื่อศึกษาข้อด้อยและโอกาสในการปรับปรุงการบริหารจัดการตามเกณฑ์ Cooperative Quality Award (CQA) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ และความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับวาระแห่งชาติด้านสหกรณ์ ของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนกลาง

ผลการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการระดมสมอง ประการแรก สหกรณ์ขนาดเล็กและขนาดใหญ่ ได้เสนอโอกาสในการปรับปรุงสอดคล้องกับข้อด้อยที่สุดในแต่ละหมวดของเกณฑ์ CQA ประการที่สอง ความคิดเห็นของสหกรณ์ต่อหมวดวางแผนกลยุทธ์ สหกรณ์ขนาดเล็กให้ความสำคัญในหัวเรื่องการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการมากที่สุด ส่วนสหกรณ์ขนาดใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญกับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทุกฝ่ายเป็นอันดับแรก ประการสุดท้าย สหกรณ์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับวาระแห่งชาติด้านสหกรณ์ โดยเสนอให้มีการเพิ่มศักยภาพการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายปลูกข้าวหอมมะลิพันธุ์ 105 แบบอินทรีย์ ที่มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐาน อย่างครบวงจร

Weaknesses and Opportunities for Improvements of Agricultural Cooperatives in the Central Northeastern Region of Thailand

The objectives of this focus group research were to study weaknesses and opportunities for improvements according to Cooperative Quality Award (CQA) criteria, to gather opinions on Strategic Planning category of CQA, and to gather opinions on National Agenda on Cooperatives of agricultural cooperatives in the Central North Eastern region of Thailand

Research results were as follows; Firstly both small and large cooperatives suggested opportunity for improvement on item which had the lowest score in each category of CQA criteria. Secondly, on Strategic Planning category, small cooperative gave priority to Developing of Action Plan while large cooperative focused on Participation from all Stakeholders. Lastly, the participants proposed National Agenda on Cooperative to strengthen the networking of organic Jasmine 105 rice cluster in an integrative manner.
