การศึกษาเกณฑ์การจ่ายค่าตอบแทนสำหรับการตีพิมพ์ผลงานวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในวารสารระดับนานาชาติ ที่มีค่าดัชนีผลกระทบการอ้างอิง

Abstract

รายงานนี้เป็นการศึกษารูปแบบเกณฑ์การจ่ายค่าตอบแทนสำหรับการตีพิมพ์ผลงานวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นในวารสารระดับนานาชาติที่มีค่าดัชนีผลกระทบการอ้างอิง เพื่อเสนอเป็นทางเลือกให้กับมหาวิทยาลัย โดยผู้วิจัยได้สร้างเกณฑ์การจ่ายค่าตอบแทนแบบใหม่โดยใช้ค่าพารามิเตอร์ ค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของค่าดัชนีผลกระทบการอ้างอิงในการแบ่งช่วงชั้นอัตราการจ่ายค่าตอบแทน และได้มีการออกแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นจากกลุ่มนักวิจัย 2 กลุ่มคณะวิชา ที่มีต่อเกณฑ์การจ่ายค่าตอบแทนรูปแบบใหม่และรูปแบบเดิมที่แตกต่างกัน ผลการศึกษาศึกษาพบว่านักวิจัยจากกลุ่มคณะวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพส่วนมากยังคงเห็นด้วยกับเกณฑ์เดิมทั้ง 6 สาขาวิชาที่นำมาเป็นกรณีศึกษา คือ สาขาวิชาเภสัชวิทยาและเภสัชศาสตร์ เนื้องอกวิทยา จุลชีววิทยา วัสดุศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อม และฟิสิกส์ประยุกต์ แต่นักวิจัยจากกลุ่มคณะวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เห็นว่าเกณฑ์ใหม่มีความเหมาะสมทั้ง 6 สาขาวิชา

A Study of Compensation Criteria for the Publication of Research Papers of Khon Kaen University in the International Journals with Impact Factor

The objectives of this study were to study the compensation criteria for the research papers publication of Khon Kaen University in the International Journals with Impact Factor and to propose the new criteria as an alternative for the University. The author set up the new criteria, which used parameters median and standard deviation of journal impact factor in the classification of the levels of remuneration and designed questionnaire on the opinions from two groups of researchers on the designed criterion. The results of this study showed that the majority of researchers from Health Science cluster agreed with the existing criteria in all six fields, Pharmacology& Pharmacy, Oncology, Microbiology, Materials Science, Multidisciplinary, Environmental Sciences and Applied Physics. While the researchers from the Science and Technology cluster agreed with the new criteria in all six fields.
