Management Model of Student Support System According to Buddhist Principals of Secondary Schools Under the Office of the Basic Educational Commission

The purposes of this research were as follows : 1) to study the components of management model of student support system according to buddhist principals of secondary schools under the office of the basic educational commission, 2) to create an of the management model of student support system according to buddhist principals of secondary schools under the office of the basic educational commission, and 3) to evaluate and affirm the of management model of student support system according to buddhist principals of secondary schools under the office of the basic educational commission. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The research instruments were semi-structured interviews, questionnaires and confirmation or certification forms through 5-rating scale questionnaires by IOC; 0.6-1.0 discriminatory power equal to 0.302-0.835 with reliability at 0.980, The data were consisting of school directors, vice-directors, and teachers in 226 schools. The analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis and path analysis. The results of this research was found that : (1) The components of management model of student support system according to buddhist principals of secondary schools under the office of the basic educational commission consist of 12 components and 90 variables. (2) The management model of student support system according to buddhist principals of secondary schools under the office of the basic educational commission from path analysis consist of the element with the greatest influence is Participation = 0.46, Policy = 0.32 and Student management and development = 0.25. has a Chi-square = .724, df = 1, p-value = .395, c2/df = 1, GFI = 1.000, AGFI = .985, CFI = 1.000, RMR = .000, RMSEA = .000 This result It can be shown that the multivariate variables are related and consistent with the empirical data. (3) The evaluation and confirmation of the model from consisted of four components which were found appropriate, correct, possible, useful and accordance with conceptual framework and theory.
