Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจกับระดับแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาหลักสูตร นักศึกษาวิชาทหารชั้นปีที่ ๔ โรงเรียนรักษาดินแดน ศูนย์การกำลังสำรอง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ชั้นปีที่ ๔ จำนวน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ๓๑๕ คน โดยทำการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบความน่าจะเป็น โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ Cluster Sampling แบ่งออกเป็น ๕ กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ทหารราบ ทหารม้า ทหารปืนใหญ่ ทหารช่าง และทหารสื่อสาร การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างจากสถาบันการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ๓๑๕ คน จำนวน ๑๕ สถาบัน สถาบันละ ๑ คน โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ณ โรงเรียนรักษาดินแดน ศูนย์การกำลังสำรอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน One Way ANOVA: T-test, F-test และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เชิงคุณภาพ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ชั้นปีที่ ๔ ต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการศึกษาหลักสูตรนักศึกษาวิชาทหารกับแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ชั้นปีที่ ๔ โรงเรียนรักษาดินแดน ศูนย์การกำลังสำรอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความพึงพอใจกับแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาหลักสูตร นักศึกษาวิชาทหารภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ระดับการศึกษา อายุ ประวัติของบุคคลในครอบครัวที่รับราชการ อาชีพของผู้ปกครองและรายได้ของครอบครัวแตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อความพึงใจใน การศึกษาหลักสูตร นักวิชาการทหารภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ระดับการศึกษา อายุ ประวัติของบุคคลในครอบครัวที่รับราชการ อาชีพและรายได้ของครอบครัวแตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อความพึงใจในการศึกษาหลักสูตรวิชาทหาร ชั้นปีที่ ๔ แตกต่างกัน ระดับการศึกษา อายุ ประวัติของบุคคลในครอบครัวที่รับราชการ อาชีพของผู้ปกครอง และภูมิลำเนาที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อแรงจูงใจ ในการศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ชั้นปีที่ ๔ แตกต่างกัน ความพึงพอใจในการศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรวิชาทหารมี ความสัมพันธ์กับแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรนักศึกษา วิชาทหาร ชั้นปีที่ ๔ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .๐๕

The Relationship between Satisfaction with the Course and the Motivation to Study on the Course of the Military Students Training of 4^th Year Territorial Defense School, Reserve Affairs Center

This Research aims to study on and figure out the levels of satisfaction for the Course and of motivation for the Study on the Course of the Military Students Training of 4^th Year Territorial Defense Scholl, Reserved Affairs Center. The Research uses 315 the Military Students being trained in 4^th Year Territorial Defense Scholl as a sampling group, while it undertakes the qualitative means with appropriate and possible random as methodology. The sampling group is selected through Cluster Sampling, dividing into 5 groups, as: the Infantry, Horse-riding Military, Engineering Military, Cannon- Defending Regiment and Communicating Military. Within the 315 samplings taken from 15 academic institutions, the Research additionally takes one person from each institution to be interviewed with more comprehensive and in-depth reviews, while all detailed information are collected at the Territorial Defense Scholl, Reserved Affairs Center. The principal tools, applied with this qualitative mean, is a questionnaire. The components for data analysis would be undertaken somehow through appropriate quantitative means – One Way ANOVA: T-test, F-test with segregating of frequencies and finding of average means, percentages, deviated standards, and qualitative coefficient of correlation. By the end, the opinion and recommendations with factors affecting to satisfaction with the Course and the motivation for continual study of the Military Students Training of 4^th Year Territorial Defense Scholl, Reserved Affairs Center are scrutinized and formed. The Research figures out in general perspectives that the levels of satisfaction with the Course and the motivation of study on the Course of the Military Students Training are in high levels. The satisfaction for continuing with study on the Course of the Military Students Training of 4^th Year Territorial Defense Scholl is depended on main factors, as: level of education, age, profiles of family members with government positions, occupations of parents or guardians and household income, while for the motivation for continuing with study on the Course of the Military Students Training of 4^th Year Territorial Defense Scholl is depended on main factors, as: level of education, age, profiles of family members with government positions, occupations of parents or guardians and domicile. The principal correlation between the satisfaction for continuing with study on the Course of the Military Students Training of 4^th Year Territorial Defense Scholl and the motivation for continuing with study on the Course of the Military Students Training of 4^th Year Territorial Defense Scholl are found with statistical implication in 0.5 with more or less depending on the satisfaction of Military Students Training of 1^st-3^rd Years Territorial Defense Scholl.
