ตัวแบบการพัฒนาผู้นำที่เหมาะสมในสถานการณ์วิกฤติ

Abstract

บทความตัวแบบการพัฒนาผู้นำที่เหมาะสมในสถานการณ์วิกฤติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ๑.ศึกษาแนวคิดของผู้นำในสถานการณ์วิกฤติ  ๒. ศึกษาบทเรียนจากเหตุการณ์ในอดีตของผู้นำในสถานการณ์วิกฤติ และ     ๓. กำหนดตัวแบบการพัฒนาผู้นำที่เหมาะสมในสถานการณ์วิกฤติ การวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบการพัฒนาผู้นำที่เหมาะสมในสถานการณ์วิกฤติจากผู้ร่วมเสวนา ๕ ท่าน เมื่อวันที่ ๒๑ มกราคม ๒๕๕๘  ณ ห้องบรรยาย วิทยาลัยเสนาธิการทหาร สถาบันวิชาการป้องกันประเทศ และการสัมมนา ๓ กลุ่มสัมมนาของนักศึกษา หลักสูตรเสนาธิการทหาร รุ่นที่ ๕๖ ทำให้ได้ตัวแบบการพัฒนาผู้นำในสถานการณ์วิกฤติ ตั้งแต่การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกิดสถานการณ์วิกฤติ สถานการณ์วิกฤติ และหลังสถานการณ์วิกฤติ

This article is about a leadership model in crisis situation. The objective of this article are : 1. To study the concept of leadership in crisis situations 2. To study the lessons of the past events of the leader in crisis situation, and 3. to determine the leadership model in a crisis situation. An analysis of the development of leadership model in crisis situation is based on the dialogue, co-5 on 21 January 2015 at lecture room of National Defence Institute and seminar of staff college students of class 56. The result is the pattern of the development of Leadership model in crisis situation in the pre-crisis situations, during crisis situations and post-crisis situations.
