ปัจจัยด้านอุดมการณ์ทหารที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทัศนคติของพลทหารกองประจำการ กองพันทหารปืนใหญ่ที่ 19

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1)ศึกษาระดับทัศนคติและระดับอุดมการณ์ทหารของพลทหารกองประจำการ 2) ศึกษาระดับทัศนคติของพลทหารกองประจำการ จำแนกตามปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล และ 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านอุดมการณ์ทหารที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทัศนคติของพลทหารกองประจำการ การศึกษานี้เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 157 คน ที่เลือกมาด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายจากพลทหารกองประจำการ กองพันทหารปืนใหญ่ที่ 19 โดยคำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรของยามาเน่ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่มีระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.970 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมุติฐานด้วยการวิเคราะห์การผันแปรทางเดียว (Oneway ANOVA ) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Regression Analysis) โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พลทหารกองประจำการ กองพันทหารปืนใหญ่ที่ 19 มีระดับทัศนคติโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.41, S.D. = 0.55) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าทัศนคติด้านพฤติกรรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.45, S.D. = 0.55) รองลงมาคือทัศนคติด้านความคิด( = 4.43, S.D. = 0.60)  และทัศนคติด้านอารมณ์ ( = 4.35, S.D. = 0.66) ตามลำดับ ส่วนระดับอุดมการณ์ทหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.36, S.D. = 0.43) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อุดมการณ์ทหารด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.41, S.D. = 0.46)  รองลงมาคืออุดมการณ์ทหารด้านความจงรักภักดี ( = 4.39, S.D. = 0.51)  อุดมการณ์ทหารด้านความยึดมั่นในเกียรติยศและศักดิ์ศรีของทหาร( = 4.38, S.D. = 0.45) และอุดมการณ์ทหารด้านความเสียสละ ( = 4.28, S.D. = 0.53) ตามลำดับ พลทหารกองประจำการที่มีปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ภูมิลำเนา ระยะเวลาในการรับราชการ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนก่อนเข้ารับราชการ และสถานภาพสมรส ที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อทัศนคติที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน และปัจจัยด้านอุดมการณ์ทหารที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทัศนคติของพลทหารกองประจำการ ประกอบด้วยปัจจัย 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ 2) ด้านความจงรักภักดี และ 3) ด้านความเสียสละ โดยปัจจัยทั้ง 3 ดังกล่าว สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรของอุดมการณ์ทหารได้ร้อยละ 54 (R² = 0.54) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purposes of this research were to  1) study level of attitude and level of military ideology of the new Recruited Privates, 2) study the level of attitude classified by personal factors of the new Recruited Privates and 3) study the military ideology factors affecting the attitude of the new Recruited Privates  This study was conducted by collecting the data from the sample of 157 respondents who were selected from the new Recruited Privates in 19th Field Artillery Battalion by using simple random sampling techniques. The sample size was obtained by the calculation with Taro Yamane formula. The research tool for data collection was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.970. The data were analyzed by using the statistics consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation. The hypothesis were tested by oneway ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis at the statistical level of significance 0.05.

The research results showed that the new recruited privates in the 19th field Artillery Battalion with the different personal factors consisted of age, educational level, habitat, year of service, previous monthly income and marital status had no different attitude. The attitude of 19th Field Artillery Battalion in overall was at the very high level ( = 4.41, S.D. = 0.55) while considered in details was found that the aspect of behavior was at the highest ( = 4.45, S.D. = 0.55), followed by the aspect of opinion ( = 4.43, S.D. = 0.60) and the aspect of emotion ( = 4.35, S.D. = 0.66), respectively. Their military ideology was in overall at the very high level ( = 4.36, S.D. = 0.43), while considered in details was found that the aspect of the duty responsibility was at the highest ( = 4.41, S.D. = 0.46), followed by the aspect of royalty ( =  4.39, S.D. = 0.51), the aspect of military respect and dignity ( = 4.38, S.D. = 0.45) and the aspect of sacrifice ( = 4.28, S.D. = 0.53), respectively. The military ideology factors affecting the attitude of the new Recruited Privates composed of 3 factors including 1) the duty responsibility 2) the royalty and 3) the sacrifice. These three factors could explain the variation of the attitude of 19th Field Artillery Battalion new Recruited Privates at 54.0 percent (R² = 0.54) at the statistical level of significance 0.05
