บทคัดย่อ
ประเทศไทยมีอาณาเขตทางทะเลของประเทศทั้งด้านฝั่งตะวันตกเป็นทะเลอันดามันและด้านฝั่งตะวันออกเป็นอ่าวไทยไทย มีพื้นที่เขตทางทะเลประมาณ ๓๒๐,๐๐๐ ตารางกิโลเมตรและมีความยาวชายฝั่งทะเลรวม ๓,๐๑๐ กิโลเมตร ส่งผลทำให้ประเทศไทยมีผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเลที่มีมูลค่ามหาศาล หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องจึงให้ความสำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่งในการจัดทำนโยบายและแผนในการส่งเสริม พัฒนา สนับสนุน ปกป้อง และรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล เพื่อรองรับสถานการณ์และสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา และควรมีหน่วยงานในการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเลโดยตรงเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพความมั่นคงของประเทศ

ABSTRACT
Thailand's marine territory of the West Bank as well as the Andaman Sea and the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand. A marine area of approximately 320,000 square kilometers and has a total coastline of 3,010 kilometers in length, resulting in a Thailand national interests at sea have tremendous value. Government, it is very important for the preparation of plans and policies to promote the development, support and protect the maritime national interests.
