การถ่วงดุลอำนาจระหว่างประเทศมหาอำนาจ:วิเคราะห์ตามทฤษฎีสัจนิยมใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของบทความนี้ เพื่อศึกษาถึงการถ่วงดุลอำนาจระหว่างประเทศมหาอำนาจตามมุมมองของทฤษฎีสัจนิยมใหม่ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากเอกสารต่างๆ และอินเตอร์เน็ต ของสถาบันการศึกษา หน่วยงานทางวิชาการ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางยุทธศาสตร์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
โครงสร้างของระบบระหว่างประเทศ ขึ้นอยู่กับบทบาทระหว่างประเทศของประเทศมหาอำนาจเป็นหลัก และพฤติกรรมระหว่างประเทศของประเทศมหาอำนาจขึ้นอยู่กับผลประโยชน์แห่งชาติของประเทศมหาอำนาจและลักษณะของขั้วอำนาจ เมื่อผลประโยชน์ของประเทศมหาอำนาจเปลี่ยนแปลง พฤติกรรมระหว่างประเทศของประเทศมหาอำนาจก็จะเปลี่ยนแปลงไป และส่งผลให้ระบบดุลอำนาจระหว่างประเทศเปลี่ยนแปลงไปด้วย

Abstract
The purposes of this article were to investigate the balance of power between the great powersaccording toneo-realism theory. Data was collected from documents and internetsof educational & research institutionsand strategic experts.
The findings of this study were as follow:Patterns of international systemare based on the great powers' international roles. Behaviors of the great powers depend on their interests andthe international power polar.When the interests of the great powers change,their international behavior will change,consequently, the international balance of power system will change.
