ความคิดเห็นของนักบินในหน่วยบินที่มีต่อการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการบินและประเมินค่าหน่วยบิน ประจำปีของกองตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการบิน กรมจเรทหารอากาศ กองทัพอากาศ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของนักบินในหน่วยบินที่มีต่อการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการบินและประเมินค่าหน่วยบินประจำปี ของกองตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการบิน กรมจเรทหารอากาศ กองทัพอากาศ และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะของนักบินในหน่วยบินเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการบิน กรมจเรทหารอากาศ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือนักบินในหน่วยบินของกองทัพอากาศ จำนวน 300 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า นักบินมีความคิดเห็นต่อการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการบินและประเมินค่าหน่วยบินประจำปี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยพบว่าด้านระบบการตรวจสอบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านการตรวจสอบภาควิชาการ และด้านการตรวจสอบภาคการบิน อยู่ในระดับมาก นักบินในหน่วยบินของกองทัพอากาศส่วนมากแสดงความคิดเห็นว่าได้รับประโยชน์จากการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการบินและประเมินค่าหน่วยบินประจำปี ของกองตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการบิน กรมจเรทหารอากาศ กองทัพอากาศ และมีข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการพัฒนาการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการบินและประเมินค่าหน่วยบินประจำปี ทั้งในด้านการตรวจสอบภาควิชาการ ด้านการตรวจสอบภาคการบิน และการตรวจสอบภาคอื่นๆ

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the opinions of Pilots in Squadrons towards Annual Inspection of Standardization and Evaluation of Flight, Flight Standard Inspection Division, Directorate of Inspector General, Royal Thai Air Force, and to study suggestions towards operation of Flight Standard Inspection Division, Directorate of Inspector General, Royal Thai Air Force.  The population consisted of 300 Pilots in Squadrons.  The questionnaires were used for data collection.  Statistics used in this study were frequency counts, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The results of the study showed that the pilots in squadrons expressed opinions towards Annual Inspection of Standardization and Evaluation of Flight in overall at high level, the inspection system was at very high level, for general academic knowledge inspection and flight inspection were at high level.  Most of the pilots realized that they gained benefits from Annual Inspection of Standardization and Evaluation of Flight, Flight Standard Inspection Division, Directorate of Inspector General, Royal Thai Air Force, and they gave suggestions for improving the Annual Inspection of Standardization and Evaluation of Flight including general academic knowledge inspection, flight inspection, and others related issues.
