บทบาทไต้หวันในทะเลจีนใต้

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของไต้หวันในทะเลจีนใต้ ซึ่งปัญหาในทะเลจีนใต้เป็นปัญหาที่สำคัญและส่งผลกระทบถึงเสถียรภาพ ตลอดจนสนติภาพของภูมิภาค การอ้างกรรมสิทธิ์์ทับซ้อนกันของหลายประเทศทำให้การแก้ไขปัญหาทำได้ยาก สำหรับชาติแรกที่เริ่มการอ้างกรรมสิทธิ์อย่างเป็นทางการ คือ สาธารณรัฐจีนหรือไต้หวัน ที่ได้จัดสร้างแผนที่เส้นประขึ้นในปี ค.ศ.1947 ต่อมาเกิดสงครามการเมืองขึ้นบนแผ่นดินจีน จีนได้ถูกปกครอง โดยพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์ ซึ่งรัฐบาลพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์ของจีนได้นำแผนที่่เส้นประดังกล่าวมาอ้างกรรมสิทธิ์์ในดินแดนต่อเนื่องจนมาถึงปัจจุบัน ดังนั้น การศึกษาบทบาทของไต้หวันในทะเลจีนใต้จะเป็นการศึกษาตั้งแต่การเริ่มอ้างกรรมสิทธิ์์ การจัดทำแผนที่่เส้นประการยึดของเกาะไท่ผิ่งเกาะที่ใหญ่ที่่สุดในหมู่เกาะสแปรตลีย์ของไต้หวัน นอกจากนี้้การอ้างกรรมสิทธิ์์ของไต้หวนมีความซบซ้อน เนื่องจากสถานะของไต้หวันยังไม่ได้รับการยอมรับในฐานะรัฐที่มีเอกราชอย่างสมบูรณ์ ทำให้ไต้หวันไม่ได้รับเชิญให้เข้าสู่เวทีการเจรจาในระดับพหุภาคี เป็นผลให้การแก้ไขปัญหาทะเลจีนใต้ยังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้ ใช้การรวบรวมข้อมูลข่าวสาร เอกสาร บทความที่่เกี่ยวข้องกับบทบาทของไต้หวันในทะเลจีนใต้
