การจัดให้บริการหนังสือมนุษย์ตามแนวคิดการดูแลรักษาข้อมูล

บทคัดย่อ
ห้องสมุดมนุษย์ เป็นนวัตกรรมการให้บริการความรู้รูปแบบใหม่ที่เริ่มต้นในประเทศเดนมาร์กเมื่อ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๓ และขยายไปสู่ ๘๕ ประเทศทั่วโลก แนวคิดนี้เป็นการพลิกโฉมห้องสมุดแบบดั้งเดิมด้วยการใช้ "หนังสือมนุษย์" หรือผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญพิเศษมาแบ่งปันเรื่องราวโดยตรงกับผู้ใช้บริการในประเทศไทยมีการจัดบริการในหลายรูปแบบ เช่น กิจกรรม "จิบกาแฟ..." ของมหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิตกิจกรรม "หนังสือมีชีวิต" ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสานและกิจกรรม "Human Library" ของพิพิธภัณฑ์มิวเซียมสยาม โดยสามารถให้บริการได้ทั้งแบบพบปะโดยตรง การบันทึกวิดีโอเพื่อเผยแพร่หรือการพบกันแบบออนไลน์ผ่านระบบประชุมทางไกล ทั้งนี้การจัดการข้อมูลหนังสือมนุษย์ควรดำเนินการตามแนวคิดการดูแลรักษาข้อมูลที่ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การกำหนดกรอบการทำงาน การรวบรวม การทำรายการการนำเข้าระบบ การดูแลรักษา การป้องกัน การใช้ซ้ำ และการบำรุงรักษาข้อมูล เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้ใช้บริการ
