บทคัดย่อ

การติดตามและประเมินการนำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ของโครงการพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพเป็นมิตรสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนในสถานควบคุมมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยที่นำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในมิติที่สำคัญและเพื่อพัฒนาข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายเกี่ยวกับแนวทางในการสนับสนุน การปรับปรุงพัฒนาโครงการ โดยทำการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพในการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 17 คน รวมถึงการสนทนากลุ่มครั้งที่ 1 กับผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินโครงการ จำนวน 18 คน และครั้งที่ 2 กับเด็กและเยาวชนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 18 คน โดยใช้วิธีเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและแนวคำถามในการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า

ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกพบว่า 1) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลมีความเห็นว่าโครงการสามารถดำเนินตามวัตถุประสงค์ มีการกำหนดเป้าหมายและปฏิบัติตามแผนการดำเนินการ 2) การดำเนินงานมีการตัดสินใจร่วมกันของเด็ก เยาวชนและเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อนำไปสู่เป้าหมายในการสร้างรูปแบบที่พึงประสงค์ 3) ในด้านประโยชน์ของโครงการก่อให้เกิดการปรับปรุงพัฒนางานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ มีการทำงานเป็นระบบ เด็กและเยาวชนได้แสดงศักยภาพ เกิดแรงจูงใจ รวมถึงมีพฤติกรรมที่เปลี่ยนไปอย่างชัดเจน 4) มีมาตรการการดูแลเด็กและเยาวชน และได้รับความร่วมมือจากเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่วนผลการสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้ง 2 กลุ่มเสนอว่า 1) ศูนย์ฝึกฯ มีการดำเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ ทำให้เด็กและเยาวชนมีคุณภาพชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้น 2) การจัดกิจกรรมมีความเหมาะสมกับรูปแบบและความต้องการโดยเสนอให้มีกิจกรรมมากขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพและความถนัดของเด็กและเยาวชนและควรมีการถ่ายทอดความรู้ระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่งจะช่วยทำให้กิจกรรมมีความต่อเนื่อง
