Administrative Efficiency of Sub-District Administration Administrators in Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province

Abstract
The objective of this study 1) to study the administrative efficiency of sub-district administrators in Phra Pradaeng district. Samut Prakan Province 2) to compare the opinions of personnel towards the administrative efficiency of the administrators of sub-district administrative organizations in Phra Pradaeng District. Samut Prakan Province Classified by personal status is a quantitative research The sample group used in this research was personnel working in sub-district administrative organizations in Phra Pradaeng District. Samut Prakan Province, 219 people used questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and variance t-test, F-test and one-way ANOVA test.
The results showed that: 1) administrative Efficiency of Sub-District Administration Administrators in Phra Pradaeng District Samut Prakan Province. The overall average is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the mean was at a high level in all aspects. In descending order: planning with the highest average, followed by personnel placement. Coordination organization performance reporting nn command or director and budget with the lowest average, and 2) the comparison of the administrative efficiency of the executives according to the opinions of the personnel in the sub-district administrative organization in Phra Pradaeng District Samut Prakan Province. Classified by personal status, it was found that the administrative efficiency of the administrators according to the opinions of personnel in the sub-district administrative organization in Phra Pradaeng district Samut Prakan Province with gender, age, education level, position, work experience different income. There were no significant differences in opinions at the .05 level.
