Participation of People in Preparation of Local Development Plan of Bang Pa-In Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Pa-in District, Ayutthaya Province

Abstract
The objective of this study was to 1) study the level of people's participation in the preparation of local development plans of Bang Pa-In Subdistrict Municipality. Bang Pa-in District and 2) a comparative study of differences in personal factors such as sex, age, education level, occupation and income, with the process of people's participation in the preparation of local development plans of Bang Pa-In Subdistrict Municipality. Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The samples used in this research was the population who had the right to vote, aged 18 and over, living in Bang Pa-in municipality. Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon
Si Ayutthaya Province consisted of 378 people. This research was a quantitative research. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the variance t-test, F-test and One-Way ANOVA.
The results showed that: 1) People's participation in the preparation of local development plans of Bang Pa-In Subdistrict Municipality Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the average was at a high level in all aspects. in descending order, including decision-making with the highest average, followed by practice Benefit and the evaluation aspect. 2) The results of the comparative analysis of individual factors such as sex, age, education level, occupation and income affecting people's participation in the local development plan of Bang Pa-In Subdistrict Municipality. decision-making practical Benefit and the evaluation aspect Overall, the difference was statistically significant at 0.05.
