The Relationship between the Strategic Leadership of School Administrators and the Effectiveness of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen

Abstract

This research on the relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen aimed to study: 1) the strategic leadership administrator, 2) the effectiveness level of schools, and 3) the relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen. The samples group consisted of 354 school administrators 84 peoples and teachers 270 peoples, selected by the stratified random sampling, depending on the school sizes. The research instrument was the five-rating scaled.  The statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation and the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research findings were as follows: 1) the strategic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen revealed in overall at the much level, 2) the effectiveness of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen exposed in overall of the operation at the much level, and 3) the relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen found were highly positive correlated at the statistically significant of the 0.01 level.0.01 level.
