A Study the Achievement in Short Training Courses for Small Gasoline Engine in Ban Krangwittayakhom School by Using Learning Management (TGT)

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to compare the achievement of short - term training program for small gasoline engine at Ban Krang Witthayakhom School between using Teams-Games- Tournaments (TGT) and normal learning management, and 2) to study the satisfaction of students towards the short-term training program for small gasoline engine at Ban Krang Wittayakhom School by using Teams-Games-Tournaments The sample group consisted of 21 students in grade 6 of Ban Krang Wittayakhom School by using the purposive sampling technique. The tools used in this study were the documents for theoretical and practical training, achievement test, and the questionnaires of students' satisfaction toward using Teams-Games-Tournaments. The data were analyzed by the applications of mean, standard deviation, t-test: paired two sample for means. From the experiment with the sample group, it was found that the students' learning achievement through using Teams-Games-Tournaments was higher than through the normal learning management with a statistically significant difference at the level of .05. And the students’ satisfaction towards using Teams-Games-Tournaments was at the highest level.
