Development of Learning Achievement on the Topic of South American Geography of Mathayom Suksa 3 Students at Suthiwararam School By Using Storyline Management

Abstract

This experimental research aimed to develop the students' learning achievement on South American geography by using a storyline. The target group used in this research was 10 mathayomsuksa 3 students at Wat Suthiwararam School who are studying in the first semester of the academic year 2019, by using purposive random sampling. The research instruments were storyline Learning Management on South America geography for mathayomsuksa 3 with quality of a very appropriate level, and the learning achievement test regarding the geography of the world with the value of the consistency index (IOC) between 0.67-1.00. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results of the study showed that: 1. The mean score of the students’ learning achievement on South American geography after using storyline management was at the pass level of 12.1 (S.D. = 0.99) which was higher than the mean score before using storyline management which the mean score was 6.1 (S.D. = 1.97).
