Abstract

This classroom action research aims to: 1) Analyze problems in the classroom of students in the Thai language learning of the lower secondary school students’ class 1/7 at Yothinburana School in academic year 2018. 2) Develop Innovative to solve academic writing problems. 3) Study the results of applying innovation Inquiry process and Feedback technique to solve academic writing problems. The research target group was 4 lower secondary school students’ class 1/7 at Yothinburana School, academic year 2018 who did not meet the criteria for academic writing skills assessment. The research process, Phase 1, Analyze problems in the classroom, Phase 2, Develop Innovative to solve academic writing problems and Phase 3, The results implement innovation Inquiry process and Feedback technique to solve academic writing problems. The research found that Phase 1, the problems that affect learning of the lower secondary school students’ class 1/7 are academic writing problems. There were 4 students from a total of 38 students did not pass the assessment criteria of 70 percent, The impact with students Including writing skills students are unable to write presentations in academic writing, For the impact with the researcher Which is taught in Thai language courses, causing learning management to not be in accordance with the learning management plan determined by the researcher, The causes of the problems were from both students Lack of contemplation, selection of reliable information, Organizing ideas to present writing and teacher at the previous level, did not teach the principles of writing preparation, Training to develop students' ideas for students to seek knowledge by themselves. Phase 2, Develop appropriate innovations to solve problems that was the Inquiry Process together with the Feedback Technique. The results of Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) is collected from 3 experts. The IOC was at 0.86. Phase 3, The results implement innovation Inquiry process and Feedback technique to solve academic writing problems found students 4 persons pass the 70 percent assessment criteria set.
