The Relationship between the Creative Leadership of School Administrators and The Teaching Competency of Teachers under The Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the creative leadership of school administrators under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; 2) to investigate the teaching competency of teachers under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and 3) to examine the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the teaching competency of teachers under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research participants were 285 teachers working in schools under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 during the 2023 academic year, obtained through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.975. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.
             The research findings were as follows  1) The creative leadership of school administrators, both as a whole and in individual aspects, was at a high level. Teamwork had the highest mean score. 2) The teaching competency of teachers, both as a whole and in individual aspects, was at a high level. Learning management design had the highest mean score. 3) The relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the teaching competency of teachers showed a high positive correlation with statistical significance at the .01 level (r = .852).
