Abstract

Children who are in fragile condition receive care and protection under the Convention on the Rights of the Child recognizes the value and benefit of the child. But children are often faced with services designed to protect the rights of children according to the objective and the goal of the organization that lack of connection with other services that may be needed to respond to the problems and needs of children, both in terms of protection. The management concepts of case are applied to integrate the service with the help of many parts of the processes and systems that facilitate the management. There are case manager serves as host, protection the right to obtain services or resources that necessary to unravel the complex problems of children and families. This article proposes the development concept and the examples of the application of using concept for the case management of child protection in Thailand and United State of America. Data Collection is done with an interview and observation case manager in community practice. To provide recommendations for the development of integrated child welfare services between family, community and network, processes of case manager and multidisciplinary team and cooperation at policy level.
