Abstract
As Thailand plans to issue the first national civil aviation policy that covers all aspects of civil aviation, the academic network of Thai civil aviation (Network for Thailand’s Civil Aviation Development: NTCAD) held a seminar on the Draft Notification of Civil Aviation Board on National Civil Aviation Policy B.E. 2565-2580 on 27 June 2022 to provide a forum for all stakeholders in Thai aviation industry to provide feedback on the Draft to further develop an action plan to implement the policy. The seminar began with an update on the progress of the Draft, which was currently awaiting an approval of the Cabinet, and summary of the Draft by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT). The next session was a talk on the future of global civil aviation and Thailand’s aviation policy given by scholars from the NTCAD. Thereafter, the floor was given to all stakeholders participating both on-site and online to share their thoughts. Consequently, all the opinions shared by various stakeholders were acknowledged by CAAT and would be considered in the preparation of action plan. Hence, this Article aims to summarize the seminar for further reference.
