FACTORS AFFECTING THE PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT OF ELECTRONIC COMPANIES IN BANGKADI INDUSTRIAL PARK

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the factors affecting the efficiency of procurement management of electronics companies in Bangkadi Industrial Park; and 2) to analyze the influences affecting the efficiency of procurement management of electronics companies in Bangkadi Industrial Park. The sample group in this research consisted of 100 officers working in procurement management of electronics companies in Bangkadi Industrial Park, selected by simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that personnel factors, management factors, policy factors, strategic factors, and technology factors were at a high level. In addition, personnel factors, management factors, policy factors, strategic factors, and technology factors had a direct and positive influence on the efficiency of procurement management of electronics companies in Bangkadi Industrial Park at a statistically significant level. The results suggest that organizations should give importance to management in order for procurement management to be effective and generate the highest profit for the organization.
