The Guidelines Development for Student Affairs Management in The New Normal of Schools Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office, Phetchabun

Abstract
The research aimed 1) to study status and problems to improve for student affairs management in the new normal, 2) to compare development for student affairs management in the new normal, classified by school sizes and 3) to seek guidelines to improve for student affairs management in the new normal under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun. The sample consisted of 285 school administrators and teachers. The experts were 17 for student affairs management in the new normal. The research instrument’s included a questionnaire and interview form. A statistical software package was used for data analysis to find mean, Standard Deviation, frequency, percentage, raking and F-test One-way ANOVA. The research results indicated the following: Overall status of student affairs management in the new normal under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun was at a high level The school has not implemented student affairs administration in various areas as appropriate to cope with the new normal situation. Comparison results of the status affairs management in the new normal under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun classified by school sizes showed there were statistically significant. Guidelines for academic affairs administration development in the new Normal of secondary schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun, according to experts’opinions, Educational institutions should have operational plans. There was a meeting to clarify, evaluate work performance and come to a joint conclusion.
